Call Center Service Group, LC, (CCSG) with it's current industry leading dialer OSDial, offers support, training and customizations. Additionally they offer 'state of the art' hardware to deliver complete solutions for those who want peace of mind. This includes both servers and add-on cards for T1/E1/PRI. The vision is to capitalize on sound solutions, and to offer a superior product at a lower price, by keeping costs down through the extensive use of OpenSource and virtual offices. The developments and refinements are continously contributed back to the OpenSource community. Their customer relations policy is to try to make customers independent of them. Not to give away the shirts of their backs, but to share information rather than to hold it back when possible. You may also find them easy going and casual sounding, but they work harder and longer to make you happy as they firmly believe that your happiness means their success. With their extensive background CCSG can offer a series of products and services aimed at making it as easy as possible to run your own contact center, but without the high costs normally associated through traditional dialer offerings. Call Center Service Group was formed in January 2007 as a support company for call centers. After seing the quality of dialers CCSG decided to improve on their design and functionality, and a new project was started. In January 2009 OSDial was released and became an instant success. Maintaining a high rate of development of around 600 changes per year OSDial is as full featured as any dialer available at any price.
