Please note that we are not just selling boxes, we want to help you win using our solutions. No question is too simple or unimportant to us. Unlike closed commercial software, Vicidial is released under an open license. This type of license has a large following of individuals and companies which require support, customizations and "cookie cutter" solutions that are ready out of the box. It is these needs and requirements which funds our operation. (To top it off our policy is to only deliver the best possible hardware for the job. As you can see with our Super Server class of computers below.) Instead of being greedy and trying to squeeze clients for money from all sides, we prefer to have a fair and simple exchange for services and products rendered. Leaving you to decide where you want to spend your hard earned dollars.

All Vicidial code is available. It comes with no support other than free access to the forums (under vicidial.org). If you are well versed with Linux and telephony or just curious, it might be a good choice.

Remote Vicidial Installation on Your Hardware. $2,500. |

We install and configure Vicidial on your server to run with (or without) Digium or Sangoma cards. All you will need is to add your leads. Please contact us before making a payment so that we can attempt to qualify your equipment and your needs. (Payments are broken in two due to the fact that we charge an additional $1,250 for additional dialers made at the same time.) We will start once payment has been received. | |
All of our servers are Vicidial Certified. They are built to the highest standards of quality, reliability and supported with a three year warranty, including on-site next business day hardware support (US only). These are server grade, rack mountable cases with redundant hot swappable power supplies, with hot swappable SCSI drive system (RAID). Built to military specifications, the same type of servers are in operation in the deserts around the world with our troops. We know that a dialer that is not dialing is costing you money. Therefor we only use the highest quality components.
Included is remote Vicidial support to ensure you get familiar and productive with the system. We customize Vicidial for each customer's setup to save you the trouble. It will be preconfigured to fit into your call center. See System Breakdown for hardware details.

When you design your system you first establish how many seats you need. (Our numbers are based on using PRI with 23 channels.) Larger capacities can be reached by using VoIP. Total seat capacity depends on configuration and use of CPU intensive functions like mixing sound recordings. (Which we recommend is done on a separate "Archive" server.) At about 10-12 seats it requires two servers, one Dialer System and one Base System. Add Dialer Systems to continue to expand.
*This is based on a ratio of 24 agents and 69 lines per Agent System, or a 3 to 1 line to agent ratio. To support more seats we add more servers, then balance the load so they work as a single system. [23 is a limitation of PRI, on VoIP a much larger number can be reached. The number depends on codecs (type of digital encoding), translations between codecs, if you are processing recordings, etc. PRI is preferred due to superior features like instant recognition of busy and hangups, ability to set Caller ID.] Included with Vicidial Systems is free access to the online tutorial 'How to Setup and Run Campaigns' and three months of online support. Note: there are no monthly or annual licensing fees with Vicidial Business System. You will need to add a Sangoma phone card. (Look for compatibility note.) A note about recordings. There are many factors that effects the CPU load, one of them is mixing recordings down to a single file. (Asterisk saves recordings per channel, and there are one channel for each participent of the call.) When it ships Vicidial is configured to mix these recordings into a single file so you can hear both sides of the conversation. If you start having problems with calls being mixed with each and the load on the server is high then you should add what we call an archive server to keep and mix the recordings on. This server does not have to be expensive or powerful. All it needs is be able to mix recordings and keep them safe for as long as you need them. If they are important to you we strongly recommend using an array of drives configured as one to provide the ability to cope with dead drives without loosing recordings. This technology is called Redundant Array of Inexpensive Drives, or RAID. You can use the flexible System Design Tool to aid you in designing a system. |

The first thing it does is verify that the person is able to actually "get" verbal and written instructions and correctly enter them into the computer in a timely manner. Upon successful conclusion a diploma is printed out. It supports up to 25 simultaneous training sessions. | |

This is a full version of Vicidial, supporting up to 12 agents. It connects to 24 lines or a channel bank. This is ideal if you are not planning to exceed 12 users. It includes a single T1, but no channel bank. We recommend Rhino (below). | |

Asterisk on Vicidial Certified System. $8,500. |
|
This is an industrial strength Asterisk system. It is able to support 240 internal channels, or four T1s (96 lines). The system includes the latest stable version of Asterisk that we use, but will need to be customized for your needs. It does not include any phone card. | |
Over the years we have found Sangoma to be a consistently superior product coming from a very service minded company. These cards allows you to plug in your T1 from the phone company directly into the dialer. Without it you will need to use VoIP to make and receive calls. Note: VoIP is not as reliable as T1s, as it goes over the basically unregulated internet, but can often cut down your phone bill. Use with care. Further, in a call center environment you only want to use PRI vs T1, as it provides features that not only saves you money and overall faster dialing, but also includes the ability to set the caller ID for each campaign. These days the price is normally about the same.
When you use plain old analog phones for your agents, we recommend Rhino as a solid manufacturer of channelbanks which takes all the hassles out of configuring to your T1/PRI connection through autodetection.

Several levels and types of support are available based on customer requests. Thus you can choose from on-site and remote support with options for several schedules to fit your production hours. Vicidial is a reliable product that does not require ongoing support, nor do we feel it is correct to force anyone into an ongoing support contract just because others do. Thus the longest term we have is one month.
