Please note that the Super Servers are of highest possible quality for the highest reliability and best uptime possible. Servers hardware come with three year warranty, three year on-site next business day support (US only) and lifetime phone support. Sangoma cards comes with lifetime warranty.

NOTE: Different dialer options add different loads on each server. This makes it hard to predict how many seats you can have on any one server. Under optimum conditions the maximum observed is just over 80 seats using a Super Eight Server and a Super Eight Dialer. Other configuration options are available such as blade servers and more powerful configurations. |

Over the years we have found Sangoma to be a consistently superior product coming from a very service minded company.
These cards allow you to plug your T1 / PRI
from the phone company directly into the dialer. Without it you will need to use VoIP to make and receive calls.
Note: VoIP is not as reliable as T1s, as it goes over the basically unregulated internet, but can sometimes cut down your phone bill. Use with care.
Further, in a call center environment you only want to use PRI vs T1, as it provides features that not only saves you money, and provide overall faster dialing,
but also includes the ability to set the caller ID for each campaign. These days the price is normally about the same.
When you use plain old analog phones for your agents, we recommend Rhino as a solid manufacturer of
channelbanks
which takes all the hassles out of configuring to your T1 / PRI connection through autodetection.

SUPPORT

Several levels and types of support are available based on customer needs. Thus you can choose from on-site and remote support with options for different schedules to fit your production hours.
You can buy support by the hour, by blocks of hours and month-to-month. All support is pre paid. With support by the hour you only pay as you go.
A block of 10 support hours gives you priority service over hourly clients. The hours don't expire over time.
Evening and weekend support is called Evening Support, and is a separate program that is paid monthly.
Proactive support is available, by the month, where we monitor your dialer(s) and automatically take action, or alert you if certain conditions occur, for example; low disk space and ineffective settings which severely inhibits the dialer. It is a monthly program which includes two hours of support.
The Support Schedules are:
• Standard Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
• Evening Mon-Fri: 6pm-9pm, Sat 10am-4pm
Support tickets are created and monitored through the support system
All Remote Access requires remote internet access over Secure Shell (ssh port 22, tcp). Many also require web access (port 80, tcp) and some require VoIP access (port 4569, udp). (For security reasons, only give out login information over the phone, never in an email, as email is inherintly insecure!)
