SUPPORT

Several levels and types of support are available based on customer needs. Thus you can choose from on-site and remote support with options for different schedules to fit your production hours.
You can buy support by the hour, by blocks of hours and month-to-month. All support is pre paid. With support by the hour you only pay as you go.
A block of 10 support hours gives you priority service over hourly clients. The hours don't expire over time.
Evening and weekend support is called Evening Support, and is a separate program that is paid monthly.
Proactive support is available, by the month, where we monitor your dialer(s) and automatically take action, or alert you if certain conditions occur, for example; low disk space and ineffective settings which severely inhibits the dialer. It is a monthly program which includes two hours of support.
The Support Schedules are:
• Standard Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
• Evening Mon-Fri: 6pm-9pm, Sat 10am-4pm
Support tickets are created and monitored through the support system
All Remote Access requires remote internet access over Secure Shell (ssh port 22, tcp). Many also require web access (port 80, tcp) and some require VoIP access (port 4569, udp). (For security reasons, only give out login information over the phone, never in an email, as email is inherintly insecure!)

Remote Cluster Install Per Server $1,250

We will remotely build a cluster consisting of multiple servers. Increment one for each server. (One SQL server with two dialers and one archive server counts as 4.) Your options are: Single dialer; a SQL server and one or more dialers; one SQL server, one web server, and multiple dialers. If you are recording the calls you will also need an archive server to mix and store them. | |

Standard Support per Hour $175/hr
